1604 Webster, formally known as Tiny’s Candy Shop, was left abandoned for over a decade. During this time, I had kept a watchful eye on the location waiting for an opportunity to move in, but could not seem to find the proper contacts for the storefront. Finally, in December of 2023, I got in contact with the property manager. A month later I signed the lease and I am now the new leaseholder!

1604 Webster will now be known as Arkea Tailor Shop, a denim repair and alterations shop focusing on quality, longevity, and sustainability. Unfortunately, due to the abandoned nature of the building, there are some major repairs that need to be attended to before opening for the public. It is my goal to repair and remodel this long-lasting shopfront past its former glory into a new era.

That being said, I am asking for community support to help fund the remodel. With your help, I am hoping to be customer-facing by the holiday season, of 2024 and fully open by spring 2025. In return, all donors will receive one free coupon* for an alteration of your choice.
